A $5 per person reservation fee is required to hold reserved seating at Paris Station. This fee guarantees dedicated space for your group and helps us prepare appropriate staffing, seating, food and beverage, and other event resources in advance. For groups larger than 60, the reservation fee is capped at $350.

We’re also proud to support nonprofit organizations, educational opportunities, and community-focused gatherings when possible. Reservation fees may be waived for qualifying groups. Please email us directly to learn more and see if your event qualifies.

Reserved groups may also have access to select amenities when applicable, including presentation space, stage access, dedicated games, lawn or market space, and TV/HDMI use. Reservation fees are refundable with 24-hour notice or with reasonable accommodations made in advance.
