Paris Station Fall Block Party - Artist & Craft Vendor Registration

Join us for the Paris Station Fall Block Party & Wiener Dog Races in downtown Paris! We’re inviting local artists, makers, crafters, and artisan vendors to set up along Washington Street for an afternoon of shopping, music, food, family activities, and community fun.
This registration is for art, craft, handmade, and artisan vendors only. Food trucks and food vendors will register through a separate form.
Each vendor space is approximately 12' x 12'. The registration fee is $25 per space.
The event is rain or shine, and all registration fees are non-refundable. This event is a fundraiser benefiting the Henry County Carl Perkins Center for the Prevention of Child Abuse, so refunds will not be issued for weather, cancellations, no-shows, or other circumstances.
Vendor Guidelines
Vendors are responsible for providing everything needed for their booth, including tables, chairs, tents, displays, lighting, extension cords, generators, or other equipment. Paris Station does not provide electricity, water, lighting, tents, tables, or chairs. Pop-up tents are encouraged, and vendors are responsible for properly securing their tents and displays.
This is a family-friendly community event. Merchandise, displays, signage, and booth materials must be appropriate for all ages. Paris Station reserves the right to determine whether merchandise or displays are appropriate for the event. Set-Up & Event Schedule
Roads will close beginning at 10:00 AM on Saturday, September 26 to allow vendors and event staff to begin setting up.
All vendors must be completely set up and ready no later than 3:00 PM.
The Fall Block Party begins at 4:00 PM and the event will wind down at approximately 8:00 PM.
Please plan accordingly and make sure you have everything you need before arriving.
