Get those little legs ready! The Paris Station Wiener Dog Races are back for our second year, and weāre making them bigger and better as part of our Fall Block Party!
Who Can Race?
The Wiener Dog Races are exclusively for dachshunds (wiener dogs). To keep the races fair and true to the spirit of the event, mixed breeds, half-dachshunds, and other dog breeds are not eligible to race.
Racing for a Great Cause
This event is also a philanthropic fundraiser, with a portion of the proceeds benefiting the Henry County Carl Perkins Center for the Prevention of Child Abuse.
Their mission is to provide support to families in preventing and dealing with child abuse in West Tennessee.
Important Rules for Pups & Owners
By registering your dog, you agree to follow all applicable local rules and regulations regarding animals.
ā¢ Dogs must remain on a leash at all times when they are not actively racing.
ā¢ Owners are responsible for maintaining control of their dog throughout the event.
ā¢ Please clean up after your pup and help us keep downtown Paris clean.
ā¢ Dogs should be comfortable around people, children, other dogs, noise, and a busy public event environment.
ā¢ Owners are responsible for the health, behavior, and safety of their dogs while attending the event.

Check-in and registration begins at 4:00 PM.
Wiener Dog Races begin at 5:00 PM.
